2009-001	5-26-09	Amending	Title 7: Traffic Code; Ch. 70: Traffic Rules §§ 70.01 through 70.08 by adding definitions of words and phrases.
		Adding	Ch. 75: Traffic Control Devices; Ch. 76: Turning Movements; Ch. 77: One-Way Streets and Alleys; and Ch. 78: Right-of-Way.
