2009-002	6-22-09	Amending	§ 153.285(A)(1)(i)1. and adding § 153.285(A)(1)(i)4. regarding the display of political signs
2009-003	7-13-09	Adding	§§ 51.40 through 51.46 regarding fats, oils and grease control.
2009-004	7-13-09	Amending	§ 51.03(H) and (I) regarding rates and charges for food service establishment discharge permits and § 51.06 regarding reimbursement of the city's costs.
2009-005	7-13-09	Adopting	Reinvestment Plan for the Riverbank Reinvestment Project, Amendment No. 1.
2009-006	9-14-09	Adopting	Ch. 37: Emergency Services, Organization and Functions
2009-007	9-14-09	Amending	§ 36.04 Claims against the city for money or damages
2009-008	9-14-09	Repealing	Ch. 111 and adopting a new Ch. 111 regarding alcoholic beverages
2009-009	10-12-09	Amending	§ 94.07 prohibiting smoking in city park Tobacco Free Zones
