The Ohio Basic Code

The Village has adopted the 2009 edition of the Ohio Basic Code. Please note that, pursuant to Section 10.15 of the Ohio Basic Code, the Village is free to amend, add or repeal provisions of the Ohio Basic Code. This online version of the Ohio Basic Code does not reflect such amending legislation. Additional legislation should be available for public inspection at the office of the Village Clerk.
