The South Dakota Basic Code

The Municipality has adopted the South Dakota Basic Code. Please note that, pursuant to Section 10.09 of the South Dakota Basic Code, the Municipality is free to amend, add or repeal provisions of the South Dakota Basic Code. This online version of the South Dakota Basic Code does not reflect such amending legislation. Additional legislation should be available for public inspection at the office of the Municipal Clerk.
