Nebraska Basic CodeThe Nebraska Basic Code (NBC) is a comprehensive code of ordinances designed for use by smaller Nebraska municpalities who wish to avoid the expense of a customized code of ordinances. It is available for both Villages and Cities of the Second Class. The provisions in the NBC are useful to all Nebraska municipalities that wish to have models for basic municipal ordinances on subjects contained within the NBC.
