American Legal Publishing has been serving the needs of state and municipal governments for over 30 years. As a result, we sometimes take for granted the foundational principles of our legal system, such as the separation of powers and the rule of law.

To help these important concepts spread throughout the globe, American Legal Publishing partners with the World Jurist Association (WJA) to help the WJA and their members meet their publishing needs.

Law and Judicial Systems of Nations

American Legal Publishing worked with the WJA to publish an electronic version of Law and Judicial Systems of Nations, the WJA’s comprehensive reference work on international law. This exhaustive publication serves as a reference guide to the legal systems of more than 190 nations and helps give citizens and communities everywhere a direct voice in the development and administration of international law.

Nigerian Supreme Court

Working in cooperation the World Jurist Association, American Legal Publishing helped the Nigerian Supreme Court make its opinions more accessible to the public by placing its opinions and judgments on their Intranet site. Through grants from the Global Technology Corps and the Nigerian American Internet Initiative, we installed and tested the appropriate software and trained the technical support staff, justices, lawyers and other users who will access the collection of opinions.
